Our catalog of products become Ingredients when processed through our Lodi, California Ingredient Processing facility. This site is the hub of our Specialty Food Ingredients Division that provides essential high-quality food ingredients from agriculture, including whole grains, nuts and dehydrated fruits. We supply a wide range of industries, including baking, snack foods, dairy, cereal, confectionary and their co-manufacturing partners with staple ingredients, natural products, traceable ingredients and organic products.
We deliver your ingredients to the highest specification – providing oil roasting, dry roasting, salting, flavoring, sizing, sorting, dicing and packaging.
Our Lodi facility also houses our state-of-the-art, natural ingredient pasteurization unit. This 'flash steam' injection step, combined with our x-ray and other progressive cleaning steps means your ingredients come with the highest degree of safety.
